Frank Herbert was right
BBC and CNET today covered news that researchers at the International Space Station will receive, via the Space Shuttle Endeavour, a water regeneration system that recycles urine into potable drinking water.
Apparently I’m not alone in remembering that this was one of the functions of the “stillsuits” in Frank Herbert’s Dune series.
